Bikes ship 85% assembled. We strongly recommend final assembly by a certified bike shop — we'll cover the cost at any participating Biria dealer.
You have 30 days to return for a refund as long as the bike comes back brand new and unused. A 15% restocking fee may apply, and you cover return shipping.
The defining feature is the low step-through top tube — among the lowest on the market. Most "step-through" bikes still have an 8–12" top tube that requires a leg-swing.

Limited lifetime warranty on the frame for the original owner. Components (drivetrain, brakes, wheels) are covered for one year from the purchase date.
