Account: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not have to set up an account. However, setting up an account will allow you to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Add items to your wish list
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop quicker

Please follow the forgotten password instructions on the sign in page. For security reasons, we are unable to send your old password via email.

Payment: What payment methods does Spring Street accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system by Authorize.Net

Payment: Can I choose the currency I pay in?

No. At this time, we only accept US dollars.

Payment: Will sales tax be charged?

Sales tax will only be charged on purchases shipped to New York and Rhode Island.

Payment: When am I charged?

You are charged when the order is placed. However, if you do not receive an order confirmation, your order was not placed.

Shipping and Handling: Which carriers do you use to ship your orders?

We use UPS for domestic shipments, and USPS International for International shipments.

All orders are usually fulfilled within 24-48 business days. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery options:

Shipping and Handling: Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on purchases of $150 and over, or during promotions.

Once your order has been prepared for shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have an account, you can go to your account to view your tracking number.

Shipping and Handling: Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Shipping and Handling: Do you offer same day delivery in NYC?

During special occasions, we offer same day delivery in the NYC area. However, we do not do this throughout the year.

Shipping and Handling: Do you ship Internationally?

  • We ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, UAE, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Hong Kong, Hungry, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
  • Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and the recipient must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
  • Please be advised that Spring Street is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or other shipping related fees that may be charged by your specific locality. We recommend that all customers shipping internationally investigate such fees prior to completing a purchase with us.

Shipping and Handling: How do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?

USPS; flat rate of $30.

Returns: How do I return an item?

To return your order, please include the original invoice. Orders will include a pre-paid UPS return label so you can easily send us your return. If used, a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your order refund, along with the ship to fee. All items must be in the original unused condition with the tags on. All returns not made in the original condition will be refused delivery and merchandise returned to sender. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

Returns: Can I make a return if my order was shipped internationally?

Yes, but we are unable to give you a return label. You are responsible for shipping it back.

Returns: How long do I have to return my item?

All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of your receipt.

Returns: How long does it take to get refunded?

Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.

Returns: What if an item is broken?

We inspect all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Please email customer service if this is the case.

Other Questions: How do I know the length and sizes of Spring Street jewelry?

All lengths are displayed in product information. All rings are a size 7. At this time, we do not offer other sizes.

Other Questions: Can I apply two promotional codes to one order?

We only allow one promo code per order.

Other Questions: I am ordering a gift. Do you provide gift receipts or gift wrapping?

  • Yes, you have a gift option. We will hide the price on the invoice and you have the option to leave a message.
  • We do not provide gift wrapping. However, our items are already packaged like a gift!
